Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with the tracking number.

There may be a potential delay due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control.  We will keep you informed if there are any delays pertaining to your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States.  Because of the size of printed bubble rate, a flat rate of 26.00 applies to this product only.

We ship UPS or thru the US Postal Service.  Depending on where you are located, the transit time is 1-5 days.

In-Store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our office in Cayce, SC.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-4 business days.  We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 8-4:30 Monday-Thursday and 8:00-4:00 on Friday.  We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, so keep in mind that if you need to use a P.O. Box, we will be shipping with the United States Postal System.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 6 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
