NSF: Returned checks will be charged a $35.00 fee.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices in this catalog are wholesale and are only valid for authorized resellers.
Drop Shipments: All drop shipments will be subject to vendor’s freight and handling fees. These fees will be in addition to our item price.
Special Orders: Custom printed orders, and other items not stocked by our company are considered special orders and a 50% deposit and binding purchase order are required These may not be cancelled or returned once placed.
Blank Banner Orders: All blank banner sales are final and cannot be returned. Please keep in mind that once an order is placed, we cut and make ready your order (so we can ship same day), therefore we cannot change your order once it is placed. Because we have no control over how a banner is used or installed, we only honor the warranty offered by the material manufacturer. This is limited to the cost of the material.
Return Policy: We must be notified of damaged orders or discrepancies within 7 days of order receipt. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving authorization to return. All returns must have a RMA number. Please call to receive this number and authorization. All returns will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to a restocking fee of 15%.
Warranty: There are no expressed warranties beyond the warranties stated by the product manufacturers.
